The Sheriff has the responsibility to handle all asset foreclosures.  Sales of these items are conducted at 10 am on Wednesday mornings at the principal door of the Sheriffs Office, which is located at 1002 Main Street, Franklinton, LA. 

Please make sure to provide at time of bidding a letter of credit, a cashiers check in the amount of 10% of the winning bid by the end of the day of the sale.  Also note that the remaining balance is due within 30 days of the sale.
